1. Services and Products Offered

We provide:

  • Digital sewing courses (Sew Easy with P)

  • Consultations (individual and group)

  • Content creation and brand partnerships

  • Sale of physical and digital products (e.g., sewing kits, patterns, dresses, apparel, custom garments)

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Digital Products & Courses: All sales are final and non-refundable due to immediate access and intellectual property concerns.

  • Consultations: Must be paid in full at booking. No refunds for missed appointments. One reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours’ notice.

  • Custom Orders: Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

3. Returns & Exchanges – Apparel Only

  • Eligible dresses may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

  • To request a return, email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Custom dresses and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Shipping Policy
